Ivan Stoilković
Deputy Prime Minister of the Government and Minister for Inter-Community Relations
Ivan Stoilković is a prominent Serbian politician from Macedonia with many years of parliamentary experience. He was born on February 15, 1962, in Kumanovo. Stoilković is known for his contribution to the Serbian community in Macedonia.
Stoilković began his education at the “Goce Delčev” high school in Kumanovo and continued it at the Faculty of Law at the “St.Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje, where he obtained the title of graduate lawyer.
He started his professional career in 1986 as president of the Youth Council in Kumanovo, holding the position until 1990. In 1992, he established a construction company, which he managed until 2002.
Stoilković was a member of the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia from 2002 to 2024, where he actively participated in various committees and parliamentary groups.
Since 2001, Stoilković has been the president of Democratic Party of Serbs. His contributions to the Serbian community include initiatives to commemorate Saint Sava’s Day, the installation of monuments and memorial plaques, as well as the promotion of Serbian culture and tradition in Macedonia.
His engagement has been recognized with numerous awards, including the “Golden Badge” from the Cultural and Educational Community of Serbia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, as well as the “Cross of Leader Đorđe Stratimirović” from the Development Center in Šajkaška.
Ivan Stoilković is fluent in Macedonian and has a basic command of English.
