Stoilkovic: The participatory forum is an example of how ongoing cooperation can lead to concrete improvements for communities in the country
The Agency for Community Rights Realization (ACCR) and the OSCE Mission to Skopje marked fifteen years of the Participatory Forum, one of North Macedonia’s longest-standing mechanisms for dialogue between state institutions and representatives of smaller communities.
Established in 2011 with the support of the Mission, the Participatory Forum provides a structured and credible space where communities engage with institutions on issues related to their rights, representation, and participation in public life.
At the event, remarks were delivered by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia and Minister for Inter-Community Relations, Mr. Ivan Stoilkovic, Dr. Susan Penksa, Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Skopje, and Dalibor Kitanovic, Director of the Agency for Community Rights Realization.
Stoilkovic emphasized the Government’s dedication to fostering inclusion.
“The Government continues to support mechanisms that strengthen social cohesion. The Participatory Forum is an example of how ongoing cooperation can lead to concrete improvements for communities in the country,” Stoilkovic noted.
