On my behalf and on behalf of the Ministry for Inter-Community Relations, allow me to extend my sincere congratulations to all citizens on the occasion of September 8th – Independence Day of the Republic of North Macedonia.

This significant day in the history of our country reminds us of the common will of the people, expressed in the 1991 referendum, for a sovereign and democratic state.

Independence encourages us to make continuous efforts toward a society based on equality, mutual respect, understanding, and solidarity among all national communities. Our strength has always been in our diversity, and success lies in our ability to unite around key goals.
