Stoilkovic met with the Serbian Prime Minister Vucevic

The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Inter-Community Relations, Mr. Ivan Stoilkovic, met today with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Milos Vucevic. The two officials discussed the next steps and the possibilities for additional assistance following the tragic incident in Kocani, in which 59 people lost their lives.

Stoilkovic also expressed his gratitude to the Serbian Prime Minister Vucevic for the offered hand and the selfless support that Serbia, in accordance with its capabilities, is providing to our country in these difficult times.

“The solidarity that Serbia has shown after the tragedy in Kocani is commendable, and we are truly endlessly grateful for the offered hand. We appreciate that, like our other neighbors, they have made all their medical capacities available,” said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Stoilkovic after the meeting, once again expressing deep condolences to the families of the victims of the tragedy in Kocani.

“My thoughts remain with all those who have lost their loved ones and those fighting for their lives. My condolences to the families of the victims, prayers for the recovery of the injured, and hope that together we can mitigate the consequences of this unprecedented tragedy,” stated Stoilkovic.
