From July 3 to 7, 2025, a training titled “Research Methodology and Analytical Writing” was held at the premises of the Ministry for Inter-Community Relations, organized by the OSCE Mission to Skopje. The training was intended for employees of the Ministry, with the goal of enhancing their skills in the field of research and the preparation of analytical documents that contribute to the effective creation of public policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training offered a comprehensive approach to research methodologies, methods of data collection and analysis, as well as techniques for clear and effective analytical writing. Participants had the opportunity to engage in practical exercises, discussions, and simulations reflecting real-life challenges encountered in everyday work within the public administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The OSCE Mission to Skopje emphasized that the goal of the training is to contribute to building institutional capacities that enable the creation of inclusive policies based on thorough analysis and concrete data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“The OSCE Mission to Skopje is training professionals from the Ministry for Inter-Community Relations in research and analytical writing skills. With practical tools and up-to-date knowledge, they are now better prepared to shape inclusive, evidence-based policies \u2013 where they are most needed. Because empowered professionals drive real change in their communities,” the OSCE stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants rated the training as highly useful and applicable to their daily work.
